FINDING THE BCM

Well, in order to check out the BCM, you obviously need to be able to find it. Hopefully the following maps and directions will help you find it. It's really not hard at all. However, if you can't find it, just give us a call at (865) 546.8272 and we'll try to help you out.

ON CAMPUS:

For those of you finding the BCM on campus, it is located on Melrose Avenue (a.k.a. "Religious Row") between Presidential Court and Hess Hall. The address is 1811 Melrose and is situated between the Student Success Center and the Catholic Center.

FROM THE WEST (I-40)

If you are coming from the direction of West Knoxville on I-40, you will want to take the Alcoa Highway exit (Exit 386) and get off at the first exit on Alcoa, Kingston Pike. Take a left onto Kingston (which soon turns into Cumberland), and continue under Alcoa and under the railroad tracks. At the traffic light immediately after the railroad tracks, take a right onto Volunteer Boulevard. At the top of the hill take a left onto Andy Holt Ave. Continue on Andy Holt past the residence halls and the "Bubble," and take a left onto Francis Street (across from the HPER building). Go up the hill on Francis Street, and turn right onto Melrose Ave. at the top of the hill (there's really no other way to go). The BCM will be a few houses down on your left.

FROM THE EAST (I-40)

Coming from the east on I-40, take the 17th Street exit (Exit 388). Take a left onto 17th Street and continue through Fort Sanders and past Cumberland Ave. (at which point the name changes to Melrose Ave). When Melrose Ave. ends, go right on Andy Holt (it's the only way you can go), and take a right onto Francis Street, which is across the street from the HPER buidling. Continue up Francis Street, turning right onto Melrose Ave, and the BCM will be a few houses down on your left.
