New Student Group Announcements:
- Black and White Picnic - Monday, September 10. We are going off campus! Wear black and white casual clothes since we will be outside playing and what not. We will meet at 5:30 at the BCM to carpool over to Tyson Park. Invite your friends and don't forget to wear black and white and remember your dinner is FREE every Monday at New Student Group!!

Ultimate Frisbee Meet on Tom Black Track and play Ultimate Frisbee at 9! If you aren't any good, that's ok! Everyone's welcome!

Noonday, incase you haven't heard, is on Wednesdays from 11:30 til 1:00! Come and enjoy a home-cooked meal, served by cute little ladies from area churches! Your first time is free, otherwise, it is only $3!

TNT stands for Thursday Nights Together! Worship starts at 7pm with music and then a challenging speaker to encourage us in our walk with Christ! This week, come and hear what Rodney has to say about SEX, DRUGS, and ROCK & ROLL!! After TNT, we can head down to Buffalo Wild Wings and enjoy their Thursday night special...along with KARAOKE!!!

Tim Kerin Food Drive! Help raise money for Second Harvest Food Bank this Saturday, Sept. 8th, 4:30 - 7:10 before the Southern Miss. game. We need 15 people to sign up!

FOOTBALL PARKING - All cars must be out of the BCM parking lot by Friday at midnight. Residents must park in the back on Caledonia. All others will pay $20 to park on game day.

- Sign up for intramurals on the boards in the lobby! Games start this week!!!

- BCM intramural t-shirts will be on sale shortly for $5! See Tom Collins or Haley if you're interested. You don't even have to play an IM sport to get a t-shirt.

"Skip Class...Play Nerdball" shirts are just for fun, but will be $10 or less. Sign-up on the bulletin board by Thursday! (Disclaimer...we totally don't suggest skipping class to play nerdball, but it made for a cute shirt, so you should buy it and still go to all your classes...)

Family Groups will be starting soon! Last chance for "children" to sign up is this Thursday! This is a great opportunity to connect with a smaller group of students! You may even marry a sibling later... :) Haha...joke.

Bible Studies will be starting soon! Jen Clark will be leading a study on Tuesday nights at 7:30, starting in 2 weeks (Sept. 18).

VOL Challenge!! Considering we are the Tennessee VOLUNTEERS, it's appropriate that we all pitch in and help our community! Greeks and other organizations all come together in an effort to serve Knoxville in a ton of different ways. We will have more information about where we're serving soon, but until then, clear your calendars for the week of Sept. 24-28 and get ready to serve!
- This will also serve as our kick-off for monthly mission projects that the BCM will be involved with. Stay tuned!
