Relay for Life! This year's Relay is themed around the Olympics. As our team theme, we are representing Jamaica, the very country that we visited for SB '08!
So far, we only have 7 members on the team, and we're looking for several more to help raise funds!
If you don't already know, Relay for Life is an all night fundraiser put on by the American Cancer Society. It is a NIGHT event because it is symbolic of how Cancer never sleeps! Relay will be held at Circle Park on April 19th - 20th from 7pm to 7am. If you would like to sign up and/or donate, go to http://main.acsevents.org/goto/Calvary.
There are several opportunities to help out with Relay as well! If you haven't already noticed that downstairs in the foyer at the B, there is an ink recycling bin, which is designated for Relay. Each Cartridge is worty between $.50 and $5.00!!!!! PLEASE drop off your used cartridges as soon as you can!!!
